Your items are cleansed with Palo Santo prior to packing.

All orders are packed with extreme care to ensure your order arrives safely to you.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 (Small to Medium) or $12.00 (Large) within the United States

Processing and shipping items will take up to 3 business days.

Damage, theft, or loss to the product occurring after arrival is not the responsibility of Bella Nova Rocks.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Each crystal, mineral and stone is natural, shape and size will vary, one of a kind, made from mother earth herself and may include imperfections as nature intended. We strive to provide detailed description, color and dimensions along with photos taken under natural sunlight and indoor lighting to show every item as clear and in the best possible light.
